The Transnational Families in Europe research project: ‘Care, Inequalities and Wellbeing’ is a collaborative research project led by the University of Reading and the University of Leeds and Voluntary organisations in the UK.
The team are looking into relationships between care, inequalities and wellbeing among different generations of transnational families in the UK, Spain, France and Sweden.
This comparative, intergenerational project uses a multi-sited family-focused ethnographic and participatory action research methodology to co-produce the research with transnational families, peer researchers, third sector and statutory stakeholders.
