Mi Zest Pop-up Vegan Cafe
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Mi-Zest Multicultural Vegan Kitchen - Pop-Up Cafe
The MiZest Vegan pop up Café aims to promote integration through learning, friendship and international cooking, sharing traditional vegan recipes from different parts of the world.
The project is based at the Café Nexus in the ground floor of the Methodist Central Building off Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester City centre. Our volunteers come from different cultural background and bring different skills to transform the pop-up vegan café a place where people will be able to learn, practice English and another language such as Arabic, Spanish, Urdu, etc. and enjoy performances from around the world.
