Migrant Echoes' main purpose is to empower those in need to collaborate, communicate and help each other to form a community through sharing experiences of migration.
Migrant Echoes works directly with people from minority ethnic groups and from migrant backgrounds including migrant workers, refugees and asylum seekers living in Greater Manchester; encouraging participation and sharing.
The team is composed of enthusiastic volunteers, many of whom have experience of life as a migrant, inspiring them to create a platform to offer advice, to share and to grow.
This project was initially funded by the Big Lottery and received support from the Co-op Community Fund. Migrant Support has continued the project during the last years entirely relying on volunteers and own resources.
Migrant Support is a registered charity in England and Wales (1167430) based in Manchester, aimed to support the most vulnerable migrants living in GM, & promotes social inclusion and fair approach to migration. Contact Migrant Support | © Migrant Support 2024 Free Charity Hosting by Kualo
