In 2014 -2015 Migrant Support helped to recruit and
train peer researchers’ volunteers from varies
communities who participated in the MiMen project,
which aimed to provide an important contribution to
a gender-sensitive design and development of
diversity concepts on various political levels of the
EU and member states including; France, Italy,
Ireland, the Czech Republic, Germany and the UK.

Migrant Support continues working with young migrant men in Manchester after the MiMen project finished and set up a project to help a group of people to meet and play football every Saturday in different venues before COVID-19 crisis.
This project was initially supported by the University of Manchester but in the last 5 years, Migrant Support run the project entirely with its own resources and relying on volunteers.
